Types


Types of peanut butter include commercial peanut butter, which is manufactured for smooth substance and creaminess, and natural peanut butter. Natural peanut butter is only stirred, so the texture is not as creamy or smooth as the commercial type. Both types must contain a certain percentage of peanut butter and not contain artificial food colorings or sweeteners.
