Make Goat Milk Fudge

Make delicious fudge with goat's milk.

Goat's milk adds a soft texture to fudge. Goat's milk is high in calcium, protein and phosphorus. Goat's milk also provides benefits to individuals who cannot drink cow's milk. Goat's milk has a sweet, yet salty taste that makes the milk suited for sweet recipes such as fudge. Goat's milk fudge recipes vary to suit different tastes, but they typically have many of the same ingredients.

Instructions

1. Combine the sugar, margarine, goat milk, marshmallow creme and salt into a saucepan.

2. Stir the ingredients over low heat. Continue to stir until well blended.
