Cook Like Bobby Flay







Bobby Flay is renowned as a critically acclaimed chef, television host, restaurateur and award winning author. His versatile culinary skills and his willingness to teach people to cook inspire the inner chef in the people who admire him. Use these steps to cook like Bobby Flay.


Instructions


1. Enroll in The French Culinary Institute. Bobby Flay trained at the Institute and was awarded the "Outstanding Graduate Award" in 1993. Not only can you learn to cook like Bobby Flay by attending the Institute, you can actually learn from him. He currently serves as the Master Instructor.


2. Use Bobby Flay's recipes. Bobby Flay has several cookbooks, which include "Boy Meets Grill" (Hyperion, 1999), "From My Kitchen to Your Table" (Clarkson Potter, 1998) and "Bobby Flay's Grilling for Life" (Scribner, 2005). You can buy his cookbooks from Amazon. Follow Flay's instructions to prepare award winning dishes.


3. Watch Bobby Flay cook. Flay hosts the Food Network's, "Boy Meets Grill" and "Throwdown with Bobby Flay." He competes as on of the four main Iron Chefs on "Iron Chef America." Flay serves as Resident Chef on "CBS News: The Early Show." Pay attention to the flavors that Flay combines and the techniques he uses.


4. Work at one of his restaurants. Bobby Flay has restaurants in New York City, Atlantic City, Las Vegas and Paradise Island. Each restaurant features Bobby Flay's cuisine. Recipes for the dishes served are available at his website.


5. Buy Bobby Flay's sauces and rubs. These are available in the "Cooking" section of Flay's website. Select "Products" from the menu and then choose "Sauces and Rubs." His line includes steak sauce, barbecue sauce and hot sauce.
