Make Cranberry Turkey Sausage Stuffing







Enjoy cranberry turkey sausage stuffing with your Thanksgiving dinner.


This recipe for cranberry turkey sausage stuffing is a great Thanksgiving dish. It provides all the traditional tastes of a Thanksgiving stuffing. The total prep time for this recipe is about an hour and a half.


Instructions


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


2. Cook the turkey sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until fully browned and crumbled. Place the cooked sausage in a large bowl.


3. Put the olive oil in another skillet and cook the leeks, apples and celery over low to medium heat. Add the poultry seasoning and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.


4. Add the cranberries and dried rosemary and mix well. After mixing, add everything to the bowl with the turkey sausage. Add the bread crumbs. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to mix.








5. Place in a baking dish, cover with tin foil cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
