Cook Cheeseburgers On The Grill

Cheeseburgers - This ehow articles will show you cook a delicious cheeseburger on the grill. Summertime is almost over and you can still get out there and enjoy some great barbecue meals. The key to enjoying a nice, big, juicy cheeseburger is in the grilling technique.

Instructions

1. Make a pile of the charcoals in your grill. I usually use about 50 coals to make the fire nice and hot.

2. Add some lighter fluid and light the coal. Be careful and watch the flames. Let the coals burn for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the coals should be red hot.

3. Place the burgers on the coals and cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes. I put the meat in the center of the grill where the coals are very hot.

4. Add the cheese onto the meat as it cooks and let it melt.

5. Once the burger is ready, place it in the bun and add lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles.

6. Do not let the burgers sit for a long time. Eat right away. Yummy!
