Prepare Fish

1. Fry fish. Fried fish is especially yummy, although higher in fat than other methods of preparing fish. The easiest way to fry fish is to take a fish fillet, wash it with water, dip in egg, and then place in a bag of seafood breader. Shake it around to cover it well. At this point you can place the breaded fillets in hot grease. Let it fry a few minutes, and then it will be done! Easy, fast, and always a good way to prepare fish.


2. Bake fish. Baked fish is really good, too, but it is a little more challenging. That's because if you bake it too long it can dry out. The easiest way to bake fish is to place it in a shallow dish with a small pat of butter and spices. You can even add vegetables to create a meal. Bake for eight minutes for every inch the fish is thick. If it is two inches thick, then back for 16 minutes. Place the fish skin side down in the dish.








3. Broil fish. Broiling fish is good and easy to do. Preheat the oven and the broiling pan. Then, place the fish on the pan and season it on both sides. You should spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, but you don't have to add butter when broiling fish. As long as you don't overcook it, the fish will remain moist. Cook for about eight minutes per inch of thickness until it is opaque.








4. Grill fish. Placing fish on the grill is another great way to prepare fish. Wash the fish and season it. Then place on the grill. You will need to turn it halfway through grilling to get both sides. Pay attention because fish cooks quickly and you don't want to overcook it. A fast and easy way to prepare fish on the grill is to place it in an aluminum foil pouch with some vegetables and even a marinade. This is tasty, fast, and good!
