Make Mexican 7 Layer Dip

For those that love Mexican food and may have a vegetarian or two to cook for, the following recipe promises great taste and pleased palates.

1. Mix your sour cream and taco seasoning.


2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


3. Take the two cans of re-fried beans and the salsa. Mix them in a sauce pan.


4. Cook them on a medium heat until the mixture looks smooth and blended. This should take less than 5 minutes. Try to resist sticking your fingers in for a taste. Let the mixture cool down.


5. Spread ithe mix over an 11x13 inch pan once it has cooled. Add the sour cream and taco mixture afterwards.


6. Add layers in the following order; cheese, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and finally green onions. This will offer the best combination for taste. Also, try to make each layer as even as possible.


7. Serve with the tortilla chips and voila, you are finished. This dip makes a great snack and is perfect for a wide variety of occasions.
