Make A Raspberry Mojito

The mojito is a refreshing Caribbean beverage that has become even more popular in the last decade. While mint and raspberry may not be the first flavor combination that comes to mind, it is certainly interesting and will get your friends and family talking. The tart and sweet flavors from the raspberries match well with the richness of the rum and refreshing zing of the mint.

Instructions

1. Muddle the raspberry and mint In each tumbler, place 4 raspberries and 4 to 5 leaves of mint. Add to that 1 tablespoon of sugar. Muddle the mixture until the raspberries are completely crushed and the mint has been bruised.

2. Put the raspberry mojito together. Add ice to each tumbler till it reaches the top. Fill each glass tumbler with 3/4 cup of rum. Make sure there is room left at the top of each tumbler.

3. Mix the raspberry mojito. Empty each tumbler, one at a time, into the cocktail mixer to combine the ingredients, then pour them back into their respective tumblers. Do this until you have finished mixing each cocktail.

4. Finish and garnish the raspberry mojito. Add a splash of club soda to each tumbler and garnish with a whole raspberry. Serve immediately.
