If you're wondering what to have for lunchtime in the short hour break you get from work, save time and bring your own nutritious and delicious wrap made with Gouda cheese. Use your favorite ingredients to make a healthy snack that won't make you feel guilty while leaving your taste buds thanking you. Prepare your wrap the night before in just a few minutes and wrap it up making it ready to go in the morning.

Instructions

1. Lay out a wrap flat against a plate or the counter. Use a regular tortilla, tomato basil or wheat wrap, depending on your taste preference.

2. Sprinkle the wrap with a light drizzle of your favorite dressing, such as a raspberry vinaigrette or Italian.

3. Place two or three pieces of smoked turkey, ham or roast beef over the dressing.

4. Shred or thinly slice your Gouda cheese and place it on top of the meat.

5. Cover your meat and cheese with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and finely chopped onions if desired. Add 1/3 cup of diced red bell pepper for extra flavor.

6. Fold the wrap in half and then grab one end and pull it under while pulling back to create a pocket. Fold over each side to cover the pocket and then fold the whole thing over once more to secure.

7. Eat it cold or bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 F. Slice it diagonally across the middle and enjoy.
