Make Blue Cheese Potato Salad

Potato salad is a popular staple at most cookouts and potlucks. Whether it is American potato salad or German potato salad, it is sure to be a big hit. Switch it up at your next family cookout. Instead of going to the store and buying the same old potato salad you always bring, try making blue cheese potato salad. Don't forget to bring the recipe, because everyone who tries it is going to want it.

Instructions

1. Put all of your potatoes into a large pot.

2. Pour cold water over the potatoes until they are all covered.

3. Boil the potatoes until they're tender.

4. Drain the water from the pot and set the potatoes aside so they can cool a bit. Once they are cool enough to handle, peel them.

5. Slice the potatoes into pieces about an inch big.

6. Put the sliced potatoes into another bowl.

7. Pour the white wine over the potatoes. Season it with salt and pepper and toss the mixture so it coats all of the potatoes.

8. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, blue cheese, onions and celery together and then add it to the potatoes.
