Instructions
1. Pour the quick oats and 2 cups of water into a small pot and cook until the mixture is thick.
2. Remove the oatmeal pot from the stove and allow it to cool for two minutes.
3. Pour the oatmeal into a blender along with 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of ice, 3 tbsp. of sugar, 2 tsp. of ground cinnamon and grind until the mixture is smooth.
4. Place the shake in the refrigerator to chill, serving it in a glass, over ice.
