Make a Vodka Clam Digger Drink
A vodka clam digger drink is similar to a Bloody Mary, and is sometimes called a Bloody Cesar. It is a salty variety of the drink made with Clamato juice and vodka. There are many different variations of the Clam Digger. Try this easy method to make a hearty vodka Claim Digger drink, garnished with shrimp, a pickle spear and various spices.
Instructions
1. Fill the cocktail glass with ice. Use as much or as little as you prefer. Pour 2 ounces vodka over the ice cubes.
2. Add celery salt to taste. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
3. Add a dill pickle spear to the mixture. Secure the spear in place by wedging it between the ice cubes and side of the cocktail glass.
4. Fill the glass with 4 ounces Clamato juice. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
5. Garnish with a few pieces of the peeled, cooked shrimp. Stick them on the side of the glass, similar to a shrimp cocktail. Serve immediately.
