History
Les Sisters was founded in Chatsworth in 1986 by three African American women: Rhoda Hadi, Clara Huling and Willie Stanford. At the time, Hadi was a master chef and ran the seafood bar at another area restaurant; Huling worked at her mother's restaurant; and Stanford owned and operated a bar.
In 1992, Huling's son Kevin took over the operation and was eventually joined by his son, also named Kevin, and daughter, Jessica.
