Brazilian Restaurants In Long Island

Long Island is known for having several lighthouses.

Long Island is recognized as the most populated island in the United States, and 17th in the world. The island is located in the southwest portion of New York and consists of the four counties of Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn. Being a center of tourism as it is, it is also rich in cultures from throughout the world, including Brazil. When looking for somewhere to eat in Long Island, there are many Brazilian grills and restaurants to choose.

Malagueta

Located in the Queens, New York, Malagueta is considered "highly recommended" by New York Magazine's readers. Other menu items include acaraji, moqueca de camarão (a stew with coconut-milk-and-palm-oil shrimp), creamy passion-fruit mousse, and quail with mashed potatoes. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner, take-out and delivery and is closed on Mondays.
