Recipe for Texas Caviar
1. Mix together the black eyed peas, corn, diced tomatoes, parsley, green onions, black beans and bell peppers.
2. Add the garlic powder and garlic salt, as well as the entire bottle of Italian dressing, and mix the ingredients together well.
3. Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
4. Serve the next day with Tostitos Scoops and enjoy.
