Make Peach and Apricot Shower Gel
Peach and apricot shower gel is a simple, natural alternative to expensive store-bought soaps and shower gels, and it works just as well as anything that can be found in a retail store. Using natural ingredients that can easily be found in any health food store or online through many specialty retailers, peach and apricot shower gel will also limit your exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals and additives found in many commercial shower gels. Homemade peach and apricot shower gel will keep for about one month from first use.
Instructions
1. Pour the unscented shampoo base into a clean bowl. You can purchase natural ready-made shampoo base at health food stores or through a variety of different specialty retailers online.
2. Add the apricot kernel oil, peach and apricot essential oil. Stir with a wooden spoon or glass stirrer to combine.
3. Add the vitamin E oil and stir until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
4. Transfer the peach and apricot shower gel to a glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid or a plastic squeeze bottle. Store the shower gel in a cool, dark place for 24 hours before first use.
