Instructions For Baking Bread With A Bread Machine







Freshly baked bread is easy to make with a bread machine.


Baking bread in a bread machine allows you to enjoy freshly baked bread with very little effort. You can use almost any bread recipe in your bread machine without altering the ingredients but it is extremely important to add the ingredients to the machine in the proper order. Otherwise, your bread maker may not be able to properly mix the dough and you could end up with a misshapen or unevenly baked loaf of bread.


Instructions


1. Remove the bread pan from the bread machine and attach the kneading paddle to the bottom of the pan.


2. Add all of the liquid ingredients in your bread recipe to the bread pan first. This includes water, milk, oil and eggs.


3. Pour all of the dry ingredients but the yeast into the bread pan on top of the liquid ingredients.


4. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the other dry ingredients. Adding the yeast last prevents it from activating early which could prevent the bread from rising properly.


5. Return the bread pan to the bread machine. Usually you need to lock the bread pan into place by turning it clockwise.


6. Choose the appropriate settings on the bread machine by pressing the buttons on the control panel. You may need to choose the size of the loaf, the type of bread you are making and the desired crust color.


7. Press the start button to begin baking. The bread machine will knead the ingredients together and bake the bread automatically.
