Izumi Japanese Restaurant
Izumi Japanese Restaurant is located to the north of downtown Danbury. Sushi is the specialty of the house at the restaurant. In addition to a la carte sushi and sashimi selections, a number of sushi combination platters are available. One example is the roll combination, which comes with spicy tuna, yellowtail tuna and salmon maki rolls. The love boat platter consists of 16 pieces of sashimi, eight pieces of sushi, a tuna roll and one specialty roll of the day. Koo Restaurant
Koo Restaurant specializes in fusion Asian cooking and features Chinese dishes as well as sushi on its menu. Chinese entrees include sesame chicken, Peking beef in sweet and spicy sauce, chicken with cashews, beef in garlic sauce and basil shrimp with mixed Asian vegetables.
