Pomegranate juice can be used to make a great-tasting seasonal wine that is good for the holidays. The recipe is fairly easy and can be a project for a first- time winemaker. This recipe makes 1 gallon of pomegranate wine, and uses champagne yeast, which gives the flavor a little extra sparkle.
